The Accountability Committee determines the mandates that structure ISAAGNY membership, and holds schools accountable for upholding them.

The Data and Survey Committee organizes data collection that relates to the dynamic landscape of schools in greater New York. In doing so, they provide members with quantifiable justification for their respective decision-making.

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee promotes the importance of approaching all Board related decisions through an equity lens. It is charged with responsibility for relevant initiatives on the Board and throughout the organization.

- Work in a collaborative capacity to ensure that all initiatives done in the name of ISAAGNY - committee work, trustee appointments, admissions procedures, and more - are employed and measured using a template of inclusivity
- Contribute discussion points for continued growth and development in this area
- Liaise with the Membership Antiracism and Equity Committee, as is necessary

The Marketing Committee crafts and oversees efforts to increase the visibility of ISAAGNY, differentiate it from existing organizations, and facilitate a widespread understanding of independent schools.

- PARENTS: organize annual speaker event to boost awareness of the organization among parents of students; organize advertising with local parent groups, publications, and other relevant businesses
- PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS: strategize ways to boost awareness of the organization among prospective ISAAGNY members

The Membership Committee defines general, provisional, and affiliate ISAAGNY membership, as well as the respective processes and requirements.

The Nominating Committee leads the process for inducting new trustees.
