About the Job: Rodeph Sholom School is seeking an Enrollment Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support as well as interact with prospective and current families, parents, faculty, and staff to accomplish the goals of the Office of Enrollment. The Enrollment Assistant will work in the Office of Enrollment, report to the Enrollment Associate, and will partner with members of the school’s communication and development teams, divisional and head of school assistants, building facilities, and Congregation Rodeph Sholom staff. The Assistant will also provide some administrative support for Rodeph Sholom School Day Camp and After School Program.

Type: Full-time

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and verbal
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
Strong technological skills
Interest in working in a school with ability to interact with a range of faculty, staff, students, and parents
Reliable, self-motivated, flexible
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and tact
Creative problem solving abilities a plus
Experience with Blackbaud or other constituent management database systems a plus
